Chapter 3: What will I do now?

Fireblade peeked out from the bush. He couldn't scent, hear, or see anybody. That was a very good sign.
He jumped out of the bush and ran. He didn't care where he was heading. North, South, East, West, he didn't care. He was escaping. Karuzama obviously didn't care about him.

It was Midnight by the time he was well out of sight from the house. "I'm free from Karuzama's recent abuse towards me, but I'm not free from him being my creator. With that in mind, what will I do now?" He wondered aloud to himself.
Nervously, he walked through the forest and towards a pond. The pond reflected the starlight and moonlight that was in the sky. Fireblade looked upwards at the sky, and then down to the pond. His reflection shone on it.
He closed his eyes. Tears came out of his eyes, even if they were closed. "What will I do, now that I've escaped? Now, I can never come back since I know the truth!" He cried.
His eyes flew open. "I know! I'll turn the tables. Karuzama will be on his own to be evil, and I'll be good!" He smiled, now knowing what he can do within his power.

I'll run away and keep away, and soon get the revenge I deserve. My plans for revenge shall work.

Chapter 2: The Truth about Fireblade

Fireblade practically ran after Karuzama. When he got to the house, Karuzama hurried in and slammed the door in Fireblade's face. Thanks, Karuzama. He thought bitterly, You just locked out your guinea pig, which is me. He sat near the door and waited.
Then he got tired of that and went over to a window to eavesdrop. He got close to the window, and heard voices.
"Karuzama, do you know where Fireblade is?"
"No. When I got outside, he was gone."
"Karuzama, you know better than to lie to me. Tell me, if he was gone, how would you explain you yelling?"
"Arguing with bears?"
"Get real, Karuzama. You can't talk to animals. You locked out your hardest genectically engineered cat-human, Fireblade."
"No I didn't!"
"Then where is he?"
"Okay, fine, you got me. I did lock him out."
"Then let him in."
Fireblade quickly hid in a nearby bush. He heard the screech of an opening door, and then Karuzama yelling, "Fireblade, where are you?"

After a couple of hours, Karuzama left and disappeared into the house.
So, I'm a genectically engineered cat-human, huh? Fireblade was glad to know the information.

Let it be said I ran away.
